Our services are not directed at unaccompanied minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any such information provided in connection with a family booking is collected solely for the purpose of that booking.

• Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables
• We are not liable for interruptions caused by weather conditions, power failures, transportation delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
