2. Reservations

• All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation
• A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a confirmation email or booking voucher
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in accordance with our booking policies

3. Rates & Pricing

• All rates displayed are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Rates are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified at the time of booking
• Rates may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the confirmed rate
• Promotional offers are subject to separate terms and availability

4. Payment Policy

• To guarantee a reservation, full advance payment (100% of the payable amount) is required at the time of booking
• Payments may be made through approved payment gateways, bank transfers, UPI, or other accepted payment methods

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
• Cancellations made 10 or more days before the check-in date: 75% refund of the total booking amount
• Cancellations made within 10 days but 7 or more days before the check-in date: one (1) night's charge will be retained, and the balance refunded
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date: 100% of the booking amount is chargeable, and no refund shall be applicable
• No refund will be provided in the case of a no-show
• Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days

• Standard check-in: 2:00 PM
• Standard check-out: 12:00 Noon
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information
• Present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in
• Respect the property, staff, and fellow guests
• Use the facilities responsibly
• Bear the cost of any damage caused to the property by themselves or members of their group

9. Property Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas
• Illegal substances, unlawful activities, and possession of prohibited items are strictly forbidden
• Excessive noise or behaviour that disturbs other guests is not permitted
• Pets are not allowed unless expressly approved in writing by management
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or request any guest to leave the property if their behaviour is considered disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful

10. Visitor Policy

• Visitors may be permitted only with prior approval from management
• Additional charges may apply, where applicable
• Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are not permitted

11. Liability

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure guest comfort and safety:

• Suroor Houseboat shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings
• Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables
• We are not liable for interruptions caused by weather conditions, power failures, transportation delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

12. Force Majeure

Suroor Houseboat shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written permission

14. Intellectual Property
